Any items with marks or stains will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Please wrap items in plastic bags securely before packing them in a box to avoid damage during delivery process.

All customers will be responsible for returning shipping costs and initial shipping costs will be deducted.
Please return asap, then provide us the returning tracking number as returned with EMS.
When items arrive at our warehouse, our stock management team will be checking the returned items to see if any parts are damaged or contaminated.
After quality test, we will proceed to refund or exchange, and e-mail you once again for approval.
