My order number 20150421-0002068], today I received part of the items. But there are still three items not shipped yet. The shoes I received actually went 1 size smaller. Can I exchange it with a bigger size? So will that be possible for you guys to hold my remaining items and wait for me to ship the shoes I want to exchange( exchange to size 240) to you guys, and you can ship the entire remaining order then?
