Any items with marks or stains will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Ok, just want to clarify, there are THREE items not received yet. Also
봄타나봐 jeans size M is not received yet. If cannot ship those together, I would rather just return the shoes, and maybe you can ship the remaining items according to your timeline. I don't want to exchange shoe any more, just return will be fine.
If possible, please continue shipping my remaining items. And I will follow the process to return the shoe.
